I have given the best of care. It is not a place I look forward to going.But, I know I am in excellent hands.
Dr. Ding was absolutely amazing throughout the entire process, however, I wasn't keen on sending a 9yr old to the back by themselves. I realize I couldn't be back there for the surgery but during recovery would have been nice. The office staff could stand a TOTAL overhaul, except for Katrina. She helped me day uno on getting appointments set and answering any questions I had. I would say between her and Dr. Ding, it made for a fabulous experience.
Dr. Knell and the staff at Austin Oral Surgery are awesome! Very thorough in the explanation of the procedure and follow up instructions. This is the third procedure I have had done and if I need an oral surgeon in the future, I would definitely use Dr. Knell.
our appointment was at 2.45 pm and after an hour wait we were able to see the doctor, and waited more then 30 minute to get the paper work for payment. Be careful about the insurance, they trick you, they won't tell you before the appointment if they accept the insurance plan, the insurance company we had is in their list and they told us after the appointment that they don't have contract with the specific plan we have, they same reason they told to another patient sitting next to us, its unprofessional and lake of transpar... read more
Very nice office, staff was knowledgeable and efficient! Dr Ding was the best. Pulling a tooth is never pleasant, but my husband and I were both impressed with Austin Oral Surgery. I'd recommend them to anyone!
