Dr. K Smith is a wonderful doctor. From my first visit, to my surgery and after care. She would return my calls personally the majority of the time instead of her nurse or assistant. I highly recommend her. She truly cares about her patients.
Doctor is great, office staff is horrible. Requested my medical records 4x and still don’t have them. Had to file a complaint with the state medical board. Save your time and go somewhere else.
I had an absolutely perfect experience with Dr. Hu and her team. The office was always easy to reach, someone always picked up the phone, and I never had any issues with the front desk. Daisy, Dr. Hu’s assistant, was an absolute angel. Dr. Hu was wonderful from start to finish. Her bedside manners are amazing, and I felt very comfortable and cared for with her.
