Switching doctors when going to college in a new city can be hard, but Austin OBGYN Associates and Dr Hu made the transition perfect! They are now my permanent OBGYN go to that I recommend to all my friends. They are so knowledgeable, kind and fast. Another plus is they are conveniently located across from the law school for UT students!
Found out that they sent lab work to a lab that is out of my insurance's network in December. Someone at their office assured me they would "take care of it" and to ignore any bills I received from the lab. Received notice from the lab in February that my account was about to go to a Collections Agency due to non-payment. Have tried multiple times to follow up with office staff, as recently as today, and have gotten nowhere. Personally, I have only met Dr. Densantis and Dr. Downing. These two ladies are amazing! I will be returning to this staff if I ever have another child again. I was delivered by Dr. Downing because my doctor wasn't on call and she did great! Made me feel comfortable as Dr.Desantis would.
Dr. Winn is the best. I have my life back after having a hysterectomy. I feel like I am me again a brand new person. I am not tried and worn out like I use to be. I am back in the gym and down 20lbs.
