Absolutely horrible experience. We reserved this for a bachelorette party. The only communication we received initially was a text message that read “text is the best method to reach us :)”. After continuous text message conversations, because they refuse to answer the phone, our party bus never came to pick us up after waiting an hour while they told us “it broke down”.
