Dr. Howard has been excellent in handling multiple issues. I have been seeing her for more than 5 years. She takes the time to ask questions to get as clear a picture as possible, and listens well to concerns. Her nurse has been prompt in returning two calls I've made in the past year. The front office staff is much improved from several years ago - courteous and answering any questions I might have

I've been pleased with my experiences with Doctor Howard. She seems very pragmatic and has been willing to take as long as needed to cover any concerns. I found her after my previous sleep doctor stopped seeing patients and moved to research. There aren't that many neurologists in town for handling narcolepsy cases and I think Dr. Pamela Howard is a pretty good choice. My only issue is it is pretty much impossible to get through to the office to speak with a live person for much of anything other than appointment scheduling.... read more
After 6 days of asking for a simple signature of doctor to be faxed for a DOT physical prescription clearance, and denied working because of it, there are still no answers as to why the slowness. Maybe these people don't care about my livelihood...but I do. I am contacting the Texas Medical Board for complaint.
Personnel including accounting folks often not available. They don't return phone calls. Perscription sent to wrong parmacy despite my miltiple attempts to correct.
