This review is only for KEVIN who is an admin at ANC. Kevin is a wonderful, kind, patient and VERY CARING human being. This is rare these days! I hope he is treat very well at this clinic. I think they might not know what a gem they have in Kevin.
Don't even try. This clinic should be shut down for medical malpractice. I went there years ago and the top doctor my physician wanted me to see refused to see me on two different occassions and made me see one of junior physicians who specialized in testing. Nothing was ever resolved. Now years later and I'm in further decline and my physician again told me to go here. I cannot exagerate how hard it is to get an appointment here. They don't care about their patients
I would NOT recommend this clinic to anyone. It took me almost 2 months to get the results of blood work. It is very difficult to get anyone on the phone and when Dr. Verona's medical assistant finally returned my call she did not send records as stated. Repeated messages went unanswered and when the front desk finally got her on the phone she was rude and dismissive. There was no followup to discuss results or plan to address my condition. Don't waste your time!!!
It feels unimaginable how this place could go from 5 STAR reviews when Dr. Morledge was there, and then plummet to 1 STAR reviews after his departure. When he was there, Mary ALWAYS returned calls and Dr. Morledge returned patient portal messages. Now NO ONE returns calls and there is NO patient portal for Dr. Saldivar anymore.
