Update: It took a YEAR AND A HALF of my current neuro fighting to get my records. When I suddenly started having tonic clonics again she fought harder. This clinic knowingly put me through that ordeal knowing I have remporal lobe epilepsy. As a result of this clinic I had to sit and wait around for a tonic clonic go to the ER. Which no surprise happened immediately as soon as the last of my medication left my bloodstream. Not my first choice especially with COVID-19 however this was the only option to be able to get seizure ... read more
Oh my goodness! PCP referred my elderly mom to Dr. Saldivar due to some cognitive issues that are new. First, getting through on the phone was difficult. I think I called 3 times before I was able to make the appointment. During my mom's appointment, we explained the cognitive issues and that they were actually getting better due to some recent medication tweaking. She asked "Then why are you here?" We explained that we were referred and thought it best to keep the appointment to become an established patient. I don't think... read more
An overdue review for Dr. Werchan whom I’ve been seeing for over 7 years. He is one of only three doctors I completely trust. My first visit with Dr. Montgomery was great! I was in and out. It was seamless, and he's a great doctor. Then came my follow-up appointment... My original appointment was 11:40. They called a week prior to ask me to come in at 11:20 instead. I imagine it was a scheduling conflict, no biggie! I came in 10 minutes prior to my new appointment, and I sat. I sat and sat some more. People who came in after me had already been seen and left so by 11:55, I got up and asked the ladies if I could reschedule as I had another appointme... read more
Wouldn't recommend this practice to anyone. I first started seeing Dr. Aubrechtova after my former neurologist moved out of state and I needed a new doctor that was in my insurance network. At first things seemed great! It was fairly easy to get an appointment and the transfer between doctors was far easier than I had anticipated. We had quite a few visits where I genuinely felt that Dr. Aubrechtova really understood and cared about me and my condition (epilepsy, VNS patient) and had a good plan set up for adjusting my VNS a... read more
