Been a pt here for over 2 decades. Dr David Moreledge was my provider, was wonderful, but has since retired. His assistant Mary was also great, is also gone. The NP Sara Granger is also gone, she was a great provider. I've seen the replacement provider twice, and she did not examine me whatsoever. No reflex checks, no checking my gait, no cursory listening with stethoscope. She seems stressed and stretched thin. I have no idea how their good their doctors are. Just making an appointment is so difficult, half the time they don't answer their phones, they absolutely do not return messages and then when I finally had an appointment, I had to cancel because of a family members illness. They charged me a no show charge but I even have proof (a 6 minute call 9 days before the appointment) that I called and cancelled the appointment. I have an appointment with Christina. When I was going to start my car . It will not start. I was trying to fine out why my car is not starting. I fine out my battery cable was loose. People that was happy me quickly tight my bad cable. I call the office of Christina to let them know that my car was giving me trouble. I will no longer recommend this clinic. I left 8 msgs over a 3 week span for refills on my prescriptions. The phones are never answered, messages are not returned and they no longer care about the patients. When I told Dr Werchan that I wasn't getting called back or meds refilled,he got up and walked out of room,without a word and wouldn't send my new prescription to the pharmacy, so I've been without my meds for over a month now and am looking for a new doctor and more professional office.

Never have had an experience quite like this- Dr Saldivar and her assistants just completely stopped replying to me. Was not able to schedule an EEG- was not able to schedule a follow up to discuss an MRI. I’m profoundly disgusted that I paid $300 plus for an appointment to have basically just been blown off since . It’s completely irresponsible and reprehensible. The Hippocratic oath- do no harm, well it does harm people when you neglect their concerns and leave them right where they started. This practice should be ashamed... read more
