Hollis was great to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the beds and made us feel right at home. We tried several options, and he took the time to educate us on each one…the pros, cons, and what might work best for our needs. My husband has back issues, and Hollis guided him through the mattresses he should try while still encouraging us to explore others. We also love that everything is nontoxic.

Walking into Austin Natural Mattress is immediately welcoming, from the quiet music to the cool temperature, pleasant even lighting, and the no-pressure friendly assistance by Hollis. The product quality here is incredible, but so is the shopping experience- I'll never buy a mattress anywhere else.

Charles was great! Incredibly helpful. Not pushy at all. You can tell he is passionate about getting you the right mattress for your needs and price range. It was a wonderful experience. Lots of great high quality mattresses in here.

Austin Natural Mattress has a wide selection of non-toxic mattresses, bed frames, pillows, and bedding. Hollis was very helpful in guiding us through the selection process. He is friendly and knowledgeable. We were able to find what we needed. I recommend this store.

Returning customer from over a decade ago and the customer service was as great now as it was then. Very relaxing shopping experience! Hollis is super knowledgeable about all the products and a pleasure to work with. Definitely check them out if you’re in the market for a new mattress or topper that’s better for you and the environment.
