Hollis was great to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the beds and made us feel right at home. We tried several options, and he took the time to educate us on each one…the pros, cons, and what might work best for our needs. My husband has back issues, and Hollis guided him through the mattresses he should try while still encouraging us to explore others. We also love that everything is nontoxic.

Walking into Austin Natural Mattress is immediately welcoming, from the quiet music to the cool temperature, pleasant even lighting, and the no-pressure friendly assistance by Hollis. The product quality here is incredible, but so is the shopping experience- I'll never buy a mattress anywhere else.

I’ve been struggling with sleep this year, and I already bought a nice mattress from one of the big box stores. I was recommended one of the luxury mattresses at Austin Natural Mattress by my sleep doctor. I can’t speak highly enough about their staff and selection. I recently lost over 100 pounds. and needed a new mattress. Hollis and Charles were extremely helpful getting me a new luxury organic mattress. It’s the most comfortable mattress I’ve laid on pretty much ever! They know what they’re talking about and will help you find the right mattress for you, whether you fit soft, extra firm or anything in between.

Good experience working with Hollis. He’s knowledgeable about the beds in store as well as other brands so it was good to get a good understanding on how the organic beds stack up against the other beds out there. I was thinking that organic beds probably would not be better than other beds in the market but WOW I was wrong. The beds are awesome!
