I had a great shopping experience with Hollis. He was thorough and allowed us to try whatever beds we wanted until we found the right one. We got a bed, sheets, pillows and a blanket. I will say however when we took the sheets out, we noticed a small tear in them so hopefully a return will be easy. Update: I returned the sheets but was put off by not being able to get a refund in cash but rather only store credit. Hollis helped me pick out a mattress topper today and he was awesome! He knows their products well and could guide me to exactly what I needed. I overheard him take a call from a customer and he was just as helpful. Hope to get a mattress soon!
