Hollis was great to work with. He was incredibly knowledgeable about the beds and made us feel right at home. We tried several options, and he took the time to educate us on each one…the pros, cons, and what might work best for our needs. My husband has back issues, and Hollis guided him through the mattresses he should try while still encouraging us to explore others. We also love that everything is nontoxic.

I’ve been struggling with sleep this year, and I already bought a nice mattress from one of the big box stores. I was recommended one of the luxury mattresses at Austin Natural Mattress by my sleep doctor. I can’t speak highly enough about their staff and selection. It’s the most comfortable mattress I’ve laid on pretty much ever! They know what they’re talking about and will help you find the right mattress for you, whether you fit soft, extra firm or anything in between.

My family had a wonderful experience buying a new mattress with Charles R. at Austin Natural Mattress! When you walk in the door, you're greeted by a large oil painting of "The Dude" from the Big Lebowski, and that level of comfort extends to the entire experience. Charles met us and we explained we were seeking a full size mattress that wasn't too firm, not too soft, great for back and side sleepers, and was as natural as possible.
