Ordered wrong tires, took over two weeks to get my bike back. Their shop is way too crowded, with bikes stacked on each other. Mechanic failed to follow proper procedures in adjusting chain, leading to excessive wear on tire and chain/sprockets. Mechanic failed to remove rear wheel properly resulting in a broken rear caliper carrier and damage to swing arm. Took my ninja 250 in for a busted fork seal. Fixed me up for a decent price. Local and friendly, the way austin used to be. Ill be taking my bike there for the foreseeable future.
