I would of given 1 star but the Dr passed away ten days ago, my condolences! But it happened 10 days ago, no phone call or text message let me know! I took off work and my daughter missed school. The only reason I knew was when I got to the door for my daughter’s appointment and they were closed. Luckily a gentleman entering the building told us! Would have like a heads up the appointments are canceled, unprofessional!
Do NOT go here if u have any say what so ever. I dont like writing bad reviews but people should be warned. I had a few extractions and had to go back in after my gums healed to have them shave the bone down which should have been done during the extraction. I have gum disfiguration from them ripping a tooth with my gums attached and permanent nerve damage. I tried filing a report with the board of dentistry after the 2nd surgery and needed more work done and they told me they would not see me until I canceled my complaint. ... read more
“First of all, there aren’t enough stars on the rating for Dr. Midtling. He and his staff are off the scale!! Dr. Midtling performed an upper tooth extraction on a tooth broken at the gum line without any pain during the procedure and NO painful side effects. At this writing it is days later and still NO pain and NO bleeding! I usually experience anxiety during the procedure, however, Dr. Midtling and his great staff made me feel completely at ease and catered to me as a guest and not a patient. Staff here is amazing. Dr. Midtling was super friendly and talked to me during my wisdom teeth extraction back in 2023. Was such a smooth process. Healed really well. I just got some teeth extracted today and once again smooth as butter. Thank you to all the staff!
TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE!! Coming from an RN Dr. Midtling is extremely unprofessional. After waiting over an hour he came in the room saying he was talking but because I had to wait offered me an implant and he would make it worth my while. Did not introduce the person shadowing just started poking my arm with a needle filled with propofol. No alcohol wipe before. No explanation of what was going to be done. No check in after procedure.
