Stay away. Worst Admin ever. They don't check your In Network eligibility when you schedule. They send you a bill for money and the billing customer service says they don't have a supervisor I can talk to.
Good Drs and ultrasound techs but the longest wait times. Often seen 30 mins to an hour past appt time. The multiple signs around the office make it sound like they know wait times are long and rather than book appropriate time between appts ask us to be ok with them giving individual care to each person. I am ok with that but then you need to space appts farther apart or find another way to show that care without long wait times.
The front desk staff was fine, the nurse was excellent and gave me snacks while I waited. The sonogram tech was lovely and kind. Dr. Singh wasn't rude, but I didn't love the way he expressed his opinion about my conditions. He was a bit presumptuous that I would just take his word as fact. Nurses and sonogram tech 10/10. Office staff 6/10. Doctor 4/10. Overall 5/10, not great. Also VERY long waits and very cold office.
This place is literally the worst, staff is rude. Ultrasound techs lack report building. On top of that the wait time is deplorable whats the point of having an appointment if you don’t get seen until at least 1+ hours later. You would think the consideration for uncomfortable pregnant patients would be there & it’s definitely not. They also pack the appointments together it seems waiting room packed and minimal seating. Literally if you can go anywhere else please do.
Their waiting chairs are garbage. In the waiting room and in the patient rooms. The lady who did the anatomy scan was great but the wait time plus the actual visit was long enough to make my butt go numb, the wait I don’t mind as much as the terrible chairs.
