great staff, quiet area, stuff to do near by (shopping, food, entertainment), nice residents, and a nice building that they’re actively working on making even nicer the buildings a nice piece of delaware’s history and i think the owners have kept it in great condition for how old it is. garages are cheap and pretty big in size enough to fit a single car or a smaller truck with enough room to still walk all the way around it (ram 1500 for reference)
