Current management staff working hard to make improvements. New washers and dryers very efficient and easy to use phone apps for payment.
DO NOT MOVE HERE My husband and I moved here in hopes of an inexpensive place to live while we save for a home. We have deeply regretted that decision. They raise rent every year but fail to update anything in the building. We didn’t have hot water for 2 weeks starting the day after Christmas. We received an email after 2 days that stated the hot water had been restored and to allow time for the hot water tank to fill back up. Brady and Abbey are very helpful and curtious
Austin Manor is an apartment building with more problems than most. First off the building is dated and has little to no ADA accommodations. In fact, due to the heavy doors and abundance of stairs I feel there is only a handful of apartments within the building where someone with mobility issues could safely live. There are two elevators located in the building which have broken down (sometimes simultaneously) while I've lived here.
