Emily at Austin Lymphatic is amazing! I am a local Rockclimber and climb for work as well, getting regular Manual Lymphatic drainage sessions with Emily has been amazing for my overall health, recovery, and injury prevention. I also see her for barefoot back walking and it is very relaxing and helpful for my tightness and soreness. I would definitely recommend Emily. Austin Lymphatic is great.
