I love the way she actually spends time with me. She explains procedures and what to expect. She LISTENS!
I called to ask for pricing for a non-surgical procedure. At the end of the conversation, she informs me that they also charge a mandatory (additional) $300 consultation fee to even start (do) any procedure!? I've only heard of surgical consults charging a fee, and typically those don't go over $150 and then is deducted from the procedure cost if you decide to go forward. I've NEVER seen a MedSpa charge a consult fee for procedures ontop of the procedure cost itself - a good business would just roll it into the cost of the p... read more
From scheduling an appointment through the completion of my appointment working with Austin Love Doctor was a wonderful experience. Dr. Porter is easy to talk to and also listened to what I wanted from my treatment. I highly recommend this business!
Dr. Porter and her staff are just AMAZING! I came across her practice from a google search and I am SOOOO HAPPY that I found them! From my very first visit there, I was treated very kindly and with respect. I also felt heard as no other doctor in the past actually took the time to listen to my concerns and with Dr.Porter I finally felt heard. Their staff is also extraordinary as anytime I had a question or needed to reschedule my appointments, they were very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend 110%!!
