tl;Dr - These dudes (Phillip and Jose) are the best contractor experience I've ever had, they did amazing work, and I will absolutely look to work with them again. The personal service and landscape design skills did not compare to any other landscape designer. Austin Landscape and Design are experts at xeriscaping and water features for small gardens.
