The entire team is exceptional ! I have had many questions throughout the process to surgery and while recovering -and each one was answered in detail. I’ve never had to wait longer than a few minutes before being called back to a room for appointments. I would recommend Dr. Shashoua and his team to all the women in my family ! The Np’s are exceptional with knowledge , expectations , experience, and made me feel totally comfortable. Life changing !
Dr. Shashoua and his staff are all amazing. I had such a pleasant experience being a patient. From the education prior to my surgery to the care and support after my surgery. Going into my surgery I felt confident and at ease due to the excellent care I knew I would receive. I appreciate Brittany being so kind and answering my questions and Noel for being an amazing nurse!
The staff here is so welcoming, kind, attentive, and professional. I had a rectocele, cystocele and a uterine prolapse. Dr. Shashoua did great on my surgery. I’m 7 weeks post op and feel wonderful. I live about 3 hours away and it was absolutely worth the drive. I'm usually not the type to leave a review but I’m so satisfied with my overall experience I had to share. Also the reviews I read when I was researching doctors is what helped me pick Dr. Shashoua. So I hope by leaving this review it will help someone.
Every person I came in contact with was wonderful! It was a very positive experience. All my concerns and questions were given attention to. They eased my mind and got right back to me if I called in with an issue. Doctor Shashoua was very professional and has a wonderful bedside manner. Recovery was so much easier than I imagined! I would highly recommend Austin Urogynecology! I am so happy I decided to address my problems and that I found Dr. Shashoua and his staff!
