I was going to look at a house in Brentwood but after these reviews YIKES this management company seems awful and no way am I waiting on maintenance this long. Glad I pulled up the google reviews
I had a very positive experience renting with Austin. Communication was usually clear and maintenance requests were attended to promptly. Everyone in the office was very kind and willing to help with any issues that came up. I would recommend renting with Austin
I hate that I have to make this review after a positive experience renting with Austin, but here we are. After 2 months they still have not returned the security deposit that is owed to me. I got a letter with the amount that will be returned, but after almost 2 months still have not received a dime. The office has no answers for me other than "we are looking into it." Don't expect your deposit back even if they say it will be returned, look for an attorney if you rent here
EXTREMELY EXTREMELY POOR MANAGEMENT!!! I have been a renter in St. Louis since 2012, never late or short on rent and always get my deposit back. I don't buy because I don't want to be in St. Louis forever. I have been in my current home since 2020 with NO issues until 5/1/2025 when Austin Realty became the new management company over the property I rent. They took over when my lease was due to expire as of May 1st they never contacted me regarding renewal of my lease and it was 3 days before rent was due when they finally go... read more
