I applied to the apartment waiting on the application approval for 1 week. So decided to call them picked up immediately and said I need to schedule a walk through, so I scheduled it. On the day of the actually day of the tour they just canceled it out of no where. I’ve been trying to call and get answers to now no one ever picks up the phone I’ve called over 40 times and left voicemail nothing, they literally rob me of my $65 application fee, which is way to much and needs to be refunded. I would not recommend this place. I’ve lived in my unit for 7 years, but the last couple of years have been unbearable. There’s been constant turnover with new tenants, frequent police calls, and drug activity in the area. The lawn service regularly damages the lights I’ve purchased and placed outside, and the maintenance process has been a nightmare. Requests take forever to be addressed, and when maintenance does show up, they never give any notice and leave behind exposed wires. I love my apartment itself, but the overall... read more
Green book ALERT- RACIST COMPANY Monica & the rest of them are ignorant- that is what racism is after all, ignorance. For the first time (and only) in my life, I was denied renting a place. I was shocked. When I asked why they said because of a DISMISSED lawsuit that was filed against me….
