We had a good relationship until I moved out and they have failed to return my deposit. It has been well over a year and they have repeatedly promised to return it and never followed through. I believe it is the property owner at fault but it is the agency’s responsibility to hold him accountable. edit: Shortly after I posted this review, I was sent the deposit, and for that I am grateful.
