This was the first time renting through Austin Reality. Everyone was friendly, anything I needed they fixed asap, and the app was easy to use. I would definitely recommend renting through Austin Reality.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
We had a good relationship until I moved out and they have failed to return my deposit. It has been well over a year and they have repeatedly promised to return it and never followed through. I believe it is the property owner at fault but it is the agency’s responsibility to hold him accountable. edit: Shortly after I posted this review, I was sent the deposit, and for that I am grateful.

I was going to look at a house in Brentwood but after these reviews YIKES this management company seems awful and no way am I waiting on maintenance this long. Glad I pulled up the google reviews
