Salesman Allan DeHoff took my car without my permission and I ended up with a broken back window and a burned out motor on the convertible top of my Jaguar. Austin Infiniti never paid for and it cost ME OVER $1,000 to fix their damage. I wrote emails to Sean Bowles (Sales Manager), Andrew Burrow (General Manager) and Will Hardeman (Owner) of the company. Huge waste of time – Shealea Greer with Austin Infiniti made a trade offer to upgrade to a new Infiniti G37 convertible for my wife. She made the offer based on an Infiniti upgrade promotion that prior to my inquiry she admitted knowing nothing about. I accepted her offer subject to her inspection of our trade in. Awesome cars, fantastic service – I am now on my second lease through Austin Infiniti (and third Infiniti). I love my car(s), and love my dealings with this dealership group. The service department is always prompt, courteous, and thorough. It was a breeze turning in my last lease car, and now I'm happy driving around in my new 2011 G37. Car Certified even after 80% was repainted – I bought a Certified M45 2.5 yrs ago. This weekend I was told by another dealership that my car had 80% of the body repainted. When I purchased the vehicle I was told it had a clean car fax and hadn't been in an accident. I will never purchase a car from this dealership again. If you do, paint meter their cars and verify that it hasn't been in a wreck. Protect yourself because this dealership will not.
Top-notch service department, customer service, and showroom – Mark, The service at the Service Dept is incredibe. Steve Donavan is very nice and provides great customer service. He was juggling back and forth between 3 or 4 things with different customers and still managed to get everything done fast, all the while being told to take care of other new customers. Great Service Department – Service department employees do such good jobs every time I drop my car. They won't push you to do unnecessary things just to make money. It is expensive just like any other dealership service departments but well worth it. I feel like I can trust them and they never ripped me off for ridiculous things like other car mechanics do.
Great Sales and Service! – I have purchased two cars from Austin Infiniti - the first at the prior location and my current car at the new facility on Burnet Road. The first thing I have to say is that I have never been into a cleaner, nicer dealership. Waiting for your car while its being serviced or simply waiting to go into the business office to finalize paperwork on a busy Saturday afternoon could not be more delightful with the nice waiting area, wireless internet, and a snack bar. Excellent New Car Buying Experience – I have never purchased anything here, so I don't feel totally qualified to give it five stars, but I did show up here unannounced one day recently to test drive a new car, and my experience was quite outstanding.
