I called and talked to John today about my Hyundai Sonata Hybrid 2021 where the 12 V battery was located, and asked me to go to my dealership and I went and they could not tell me where the 12 V battery was. I already had realized that it was with the high voltage And the low-voltage was right beside it underneath the backseat not in the trunk. John was a good guy and he helped me greatly and I sent him some pictures. Thanks for all your help. Have a great day.
