I suffered severe mental & emotional abuse from several staff members & even the doctor. I was refused pain RX's that I badly needed because I refused RX's that I didn't want or need. This is against the law. No one can force another human being to take RX's. One RX they gave me knocked me out cold for between 6 & 8 hours. I refused to take it any more. My husband, with advanced Alzheimer’s, has moved in to the Verde Valley assisted living. I have been very impressed with the level of care provided. He has very individualized needs, and almost every day I would check on how he is doing. The staff could speak in detail about how he was doing and how they had handled his particular needs. The communication has been excellent. Thank you, Melissa and all your staff.
