Absolute worst customer service on the planet. We've been fighting them over construction defects for over 2 years, which they initially agreed to repair in writing, then conveniently "lost" all the documentation. When I reached out the the president of the company, Dan Pahlisch, his response was he doesn't care and I can go ahead and sue him if I want it fixed. Once they have your money don't expect to get anything out of them!
Beautiful new homes by Pahlisch that includes a pool and community center.
When we moved in, our floors were all messed up. We asked them to fix it and they said did but it was still all creaky and lopsided. We asked them to fix them before we moved in but they said our home was under warranty and we had a year to fix them and just move in. So down the road we moved our furniture twice, just to be told by contractors that they couldn’t fix the floors. They drag their feet when it comes to warranty fixes. It is so frustrating!
