I have been seeing Dr Nicholson over 10 years yearly. Competent Doctor however support staff fail to send out reminders to elderly people who need yearly visits.
I've been coming to this location for my exam for years—Dr. Nicholson is always humble & thorough with his work.

Very poor experience. Staff was rude and dismissive of concerns about lenses. The lenses were not correct. Went elsewhere and will not be back.
Very good experience, polite and accommodating staff. Doctor was excellent, thorough and very professional, would happily return.
