I gave Austin Heart a 5 because it was a very good experience from start to finish. The front desk staff was very helpful and welcoming. Mayce took the time to help me understand everything, from my test results to what is happening with my 51-year-old self. She explained the next steps going forward in a way that was easy to understand and showed a huge amount of care and concern for the patient. Overall, it was a good visit, and I truly appreciated the professionalism, patience, and compassion shown during my appointment.
