My visit today was enjoyable and Doctor McCoy was knowledgeable, articulate and made me feel right at home.
I experienced a visit where my time as a patient was respected. I was seen at my appointment time. My exam was thorough, with Dr McCoy asking thoughtful questions, explaining recommendations, and the purpose of medications that other physicians had not explained for 20 years. I highly recommend him.
Dr McCoy and his staff were awesome at explaining my health plan and took time to answer all of my wife's and my questions.
Office staff/front desk is courteous and friendly. The nurse always greets me with a smile and we review my chart together. She is patient and listens to me and my questions are answered. Mayce, the PA is friendly and knowledgeable. She explains in terms that I can understand. Dr McCoy is the best. He is easy to talk to and listens to my questions and gives answers that I understand. He is friendly and very knowledgeable about my condition. I recommend him at every opportunity.
This was my first visit to Dr. McCoy. Couldn’t have been more impressed. His staff overcame my late arrival and got me worked back in. Dr. McCoy quickly picked up on my previous history listened to my concerns and recommended what I believe will be an effective treatment plan. Looking forward to a continued good relationship with Dr. McCoy and his staff.
