Why is your appointment receptionist so incredibly rude to patients calling to ask for appointment information? I have stage 4 cancer, I don’t need to speak to someone intentionally condescending and rude to make my day or life worse.
Everyone has always been very kind, courteous, and generally enjoyable. I have always had great relationships with my cardiologist Dr. Ekery, and all of the Coumadin nurses I have worked with over the past 23 years. Especially Matthew, Katie, & Virginia. This is the provider I always choose my health insurance around.
Dr Selmon and Nancy Rose RN MSN are great. They listen to my concerns and are very proactive in giving me the appropriate and best cardiovascular care.
No long wait. Staff was very pleasant. Madison was awesome at answering my questions. I was in for a follow up after having a procedure 2 weeks earlier. Was treated first class at that time as well. Thanks to all involved.
Dr Cigarroa and his assistant Madi are amazing. They take the time to answer all my questions and explain everything. I feel seen and cared for.
