DESPITE being large clinic, staff and especially Joaquin Cigarroa, MD enhance friendly interaction and excellent care. Being treated like HUMAN BEING not simply another case is key!
Usually I dislike large clinics due to overworked staff and docs. NOT SO HERE! These were genuine human interactions with people who really cared and put energy into interacting with patients. Dr. Joaquin Cigarroa was such delight! So friendly, so unrushed, so thorough. Your clinic has such good staff. I felt like HUMAN BEING not just another case.
Dr Wetherold is a no nonsense doctor. I've been going to her for many years and never once have I left her office without feeling confident that she's got my back. She's a very sought after heart dr who expects excellence from her team of nurses and staff and it shows every visit.
Everyone is kind and considerate while being efficient with their time. Dr. McMinn answered all questions and concerns. I feel like we are on the same page for the approach to my continuing wellness.
