The wait was insignificant. The front desk staff person was friendly in her greeting and the check-in process was very efficient. The prep nurse, Serena, wasted no time getting my vitals and uploading them for the doctor. She also was personable yet professional. Dr. Hammoud was great! He expressed a genuine interest in my wellbeing , my background and my previous treatments. Didn't wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment. I have one of the nicest and best heart doctor there is. She discussed every issue.. She puts up with me. Says a lot.. Ha .I just feel good afterwards. Even though I still have work to do.. she pats me on the back for the shape I'm in.. Big Smile.

Very positive experience. Dr Bhandari was incredibly informative, proactive, personable, and kind. My father came in highly anxious, and by the end of the visit the doctor made him feel relaxed and at ease. He left the appointment feeling reassured and much more comfortable about his care.

Score = 10! I was welcomed, got into room fast, and taken care of efficiently by the tech and PA. All items were thoroughly explained with recommendations/next steps. Checkout was quick and efficient.
