My family and I were transferred to the Harker Heights Smiles office from our longtime dentist office due to retirement and I was very pleased in the staff and Dr. Lufburrow's demeanor.

Paid attention to details , which I thought was great . Completed most of the detail work outside my mouth , which wasn't done before . Didn't use air to dry the area where the temp crown was being placed , great experience with this Dentist ! Hope he stays !!

In the bathroom, the trash was overflowing, The hygentist did not introduce them selves. My insurance has been charged 1200 dollars for a 99.00 cleaning special?

Elizabeth explained the way my Met Life Insurance covered the cost of my dental work very thoroughly. Brandi was very nice & has a great personality, she makes it very easy to come to the dentist office.
