Horrible place do not send your loved ones here this place is literally just there to collect the residents insurance. Spoke with a Dominic, a Shanna and a Amanda not one of them could get their ducks a-line for a patient to be seen in our office. Our nurse is going to file a complaint and hopefully they are audited.
Horrible place, Horrible staff, worst management I've ever met. I sincerely don 't understand how they pass their annual inspections.
Awful place with, awful staff, they had a horrible of covid and told no one. They've been in multiple lawsuits and still do nothing. The owner is a con and there are court records to show that he is. They jave a high overturn rate and cannot keep people there. The staff is lazy and unfit for the medical industry. I don’t know how anybody would give this place anything but a negative review. The nurses working here are sent from an agency. They have no information about the patients, so naturally the patients are neglected and ignored. None of the staff will hold anybody accountable. The management does not care. This place is dirty. Those posting high reviews have no clue how your loved one are being treated, its a run down old building. Floods when it rains so most of the residents on a certain wing have to be moved this is a constant thing. Owners only care about the money while living in Dallas that also run other facilities while under paying staff and never upgrading the buildings they own.
