Always a great place to shop for hardware, furniture, housewares and your next renovation project. Used and new products are more affordable than the big box stores. Worth a visit if you haven’t checked them out. I’m sure you are gonna find something you need but for less money.

Shopping here is a complicated experience. On the one hand, it's generally relaxing, and a way to be able to shop when you are a poor cancer patient with 20k in medical debt and difficulty working while doing multiple surgeries and chemo with no financial assistance available. So you know, I'm poor. On the other hand, the manager there loves to price gouge the poor people who shop there. Disappointing experience. Staff seemed more interested in chatting than helping customers. I wandered the aisles for 20 minutes looking for assistance, but no one offered help. When I finally asked a question, I got a rushed, unhelpful response. Stock was disorganized and several items were mislabeled. Won't be returning anytime soon.

The "employees"/"security" were obnoxious, rude, and so focused on closing early that they flat out refused money and sales, while they loaded their own cars with the better items that had come through. I was looking at the outdoor lumber when the guy - hauling out a sink to his own car - told me that "the cameras are rolling," and then added, "we have security here all night watching it."
