DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR THE GUIDE PROGRAM!!!! They act as if they are part of the screening process for GUIDE BUT ARE NO LONGER PART OF IT!!! They then charge you by billing MEDICARE for an “Assessment” that was improperly conducted by ME (my mother is the person who has Dementia and doesn’t speak English). Total BAIT AND SWITCH!!!
