I cannot say enough how fantastic the experience was getting my first colonoscopy performed here. Dr. Long is amazing, Dr.Pal is so steadfast and sincere, my nurse Myra was so bright, kind, and communicative (everyone honestly from reception onward were next level sweet and thoughtful); let’s be honest this is not a fun appointment to have, but that is because of the prep. Once you get here the staff gives you white glove treatment. Highly, highly recommended location!!
Its impossible to call Dr. Kumarapa. It won't let you leave a voicemail, and no one answers their phone. Ive been calling since last week. They told us we need to call them but their systems do not work. Very disappointed with them.
I saw Dr. Long and have used him more than a couple of times. We discussed the prep, which I’ve used before. I have colonoscopies every 5 years. This time he added a component that should help make my prep more successful. I recommend him. He’s also treating me for a pancreatic problem and I’m confident in Dr. Long and the new treatment he’s prescribed for me.
Very efficient, no long waits and everyone was friendly.
