Leander location: Front desk: Exceptional customer service. Polite and gracious staff. Doctor: No problem there. The usual. He's always great! No wait for the appointment. Checkout/Procedure Scheduler: 0 STARS. RUDE, RUDE, RUDE. She was so argumentative, dismissive, rude, and snotty, I almost walked out and went to another doctor and facility to schedule my procedure elsewhere. Excellent service
Had endoscopy with Dr Godell. The admin staff and nurses were awesome. Pre-op nurse Myra was one of the best nurses I have ever had. Very happy with Austin Gastro.
Love having this office in Leander. We have used them for years. Thr people were really nice and helpful.
