The staff has been nice, but there seems to be a bit of disconnect here and too much reliance on tech for communication, which has not been so wonderful. So far it’s been a confusing and frustrating experience. I’ve had to deal with expired links and spent too much time trying to get answers to simple questions. For some reason prescriptions were sent to multiple pharmacies, none of which I normally use . It’s got me a little nervous about what’s going to happen on the day of my procedure.
