The staff at the James Casey location were all amazing. They made an unpleasant situation much more bearable and helped me feel completely at ease. From start to finish, everything was seamless. Thank you to Dr. Becker and the nurses - Lea, Regina, JoAn, and Natalie—for taking such great care of me. I truly appreciate your kindness and professionalism.
I didn't actually go to James Casey. They moved just off of Westgate. They changed my appointment time with no notice. They said they sent me a text, but I never received a text. Since when do doctor offices not use voice calls for communication? So lazy. I'll never go back to the office. I found a gastroenterologist who believes his patient's time is important.
Amazingly sweet staff, highly professional and the prep and instructions were flawless. Process was quick and in and out. Feel very happy recommending this team to anyone needing a colonoscopy.
