Dr Tau is super nice and made me feel like he cared about my situation. His team absolutely SUCKS. I had to cancel my endoscopy because of an emergency and trying to reschedule has been a nightmare. No one answers the phone or messages in the patient portal. They don’t get back to you either unless you constantly call or message. I feel like lava is coming up my throat every single day and these people have the response time of a snail. Listen to these bad reviews because this place is the worst. Shame on you all.
