I’m not sure where these other reviews came from but the office staff here is incompetent and unwilling to accommodate patients even though that is they should based on Texas’ principle of “do no harm.” I had read that providers in Texas generally have a legal and ethical obligation to accommodate patients, particularly those with disabilities, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).
