Clean efficient, thorough, and knowledgeable with an emphasis on patient safety is how I would describe the service I received by Dr. Pastro Janook and her staff at Austin Gastro at the Shoal Creek location.
They admitted me without even having the doctor present in the facility, doctor was at another branch in Leander when I got into the room, waited 45 minutes, wouldn’t even refund my copay. Just terrible service. My dog gets better care than this facility can give. If I could give zero stars I would
