Mr Soto, Jose, and his crew at Austin Gardeners did a fabulous job on giving my front yard a makeover. They were ALL so patient with me, did excellent work - from planting, to the fence, to the stone work and were so kind. They listened and answered questions and I had a lot! I love my yard and get compliments on it all the time. Not only will I recommend them, I’ll use them anytime I have landscaping needs. They are the best!!
I have been a customer of Austin Gardeners for many years now, and their service is always exceptional. Mr. Chavez is so knowledgeable when it comes to all things plant and landscape related, and the crew does a really clean, thorough job every time!
The crew went above and beyond to do not a great job, but a flawless job! Meticulous in every detail, and the results were astounding. Clean up well every evening, friendly all the time and accommodating to some last minute modifications. A very positive experience.
Process from start to finish is efficient and professional, and the results were everything we hoped for. Mr. Soto is knowledgeable, easy to work with, and provides excellent advice. Daisy & office staff are personable, and communication is excellent. Crew showed up when appointed, were pleasant to work with, and the site was spotless when they left. This is the third project we've undertaken with them. Highly recommend.
They do amazing work. Thoughtful and artistic designs, excellent customer service, everything you could ask for. Will definitely use them again.
