I had an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience with Austin Gardeners Landscapes. We scheduled a 1:00 PM appointment two weeks in advance, and I took time out of my workday to drive all the way home specifically to meet with their team. Barely an hour before the appointment (at 11:58 AM), they sent a "confirmation" email. Because I didn't immediately reply to a last-minute email while I was busy getting home, no one showed up. Bought an expensive pergola and went with the company’s “professional” installation. They ruined my beautiful new courtyard. I called Manuel and crew back out who took out what had been done, measured everything (unlike the “professionals”) and put it all back together beautifully. I highly recommend Austin Gardeners to anyone in need of a quality product at a reasonable price.

We could not be more pleased with Manuel and his crews. Completely transparent process with great communications. Design and contracting were easy. The crews that showed up were courteous, hard working and totally committed to achieving the look and results we were after. Followup a year later was professional and thorough. Austin Gardiners should be considered for any outdoor project you may have!

Writing about work I had done in 2020, which I had spent about 25k for. I had my front yard grass replaced, xeriscaping and plants added. The landscaping work done out front is mostly fine, tho the metal trim used rusted nearly immediately (unsure if inevitable or just cheap material). They re-sodded grass on top of my HVAC drainage pipe, which caused HVAC issues that needed repairing, and I had to hire someone to then dig out the pipe. The plants and xeriscaping have held up fine.
