Three years ago I selected a Leather sectional, 3/4” fully glass coffee table and a slick modern kitchen table. I requested to have them delivered at the provided address. The owner was happy to take my money but all pieces of furniture arrived 60 days late causing a tremendous inconvenience. To add to the issue, not everything was delivered. I ordered a chair and have not received any response on it. I went to pick it up and the store was closed. They have not answered any emails. I will be reporting them because this is ridiculous.

This company is a scam, do not buy from its website. On July 1, I called the owner of Simply Austin Furniture, Penny, and gave her my credit card information to complete the order of a green lamp for over $400. She said to expect the item to ship "soon" as it was coming from nearby Kansas. Penny told me she would send an email immediately after our phone call with a tracking number for my package. I ordered a couch from Simply Austin on February 25, 2017. When the couch arrived, it did not work in the space, so I decided to return it. I paid the re-stocking fee and return delivery fee as stated in the contract. I now have a store credit of $1,872.67. I have the original purchase receipt and confirmation of the store credit.
