I was told not to replace a filling that they put in that had fallen out a week later because the cavity is cleaned and it shouldn’t get worse, it has grown in size and yes they are baby teeth and will fall out but if they replaced it when I asked them to it would have been safer. They also pulled a tooth before my then 6 year old was fully numb and now is completely terrified of even a simple cleaning. Yesterday I took both of my babies to the dentist, and I had such a wonderful experience! Everyone was so kind, patient, and welcoming. Originally, only one of my little ones had an appointment, but they were incredibly accommodating and made time to see both of them. Ellie PNA and Dr. Pilly were absolutely amazing with my kids and made them feel comfortable throughout the visit. Thank you for your outstanding care and kindness—we truly appreciate it and look forward to coming back!
They were kind, they recognized us even though weve only been 2 times. The staff is nice and friendly!
