Great customer service care and support?
We had a great experience with our eye exams and with the selection of glasses. Dr. Buk is very professional and took the time to explain what she was seeing in the images they took. In choosing the frames and lenses Sai was extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about all the options available. We originally went in for one eye exam and glasses and left with eye exams and glasses for both of us!
Dr. Buck is fantastic! She listens and will work to get your prescription to fit you. I have had long issues with progressive lens, could not read with them, even after many years trying. Went Dr. Buck and issue resolved.
Had a pretty good experience during my visit. The nice lady behind the desk greeted me and was very helpful and pleasant. The eye doctor was extremely nice and also a pleasure to speak with. She wasn't pushy in trying to upsell me and was very understanding of my situation. I didn't give it 5 only because upon checkout I was informed that my total was $49 when my copay was only $10.
