Everyone was very friendly and Haley w as very great as far as checking my eyes. She explained everything she was doing. When I saw Dr. Diesel she was great also explaining what was going on with my eye and the small cataract. Told .e .y vision hadn't changed so I don't need new glasses. So glad about that. Overall it was great.
I visited Dr. Medert at Austin Eye on 1/29/26. It wasn’t my first visit with him, but my third. Each visit I had a different issue. Dr. Medert figured out each time what was going on. I am grateful for him and all of the Staff at Austin Eye. They are kind, courteous knowledgeable and caring. They all love their roles in helping others and it shows! Don’t hesitate to reach out to get answers to what’s going on with your eyes. Dr. Medert will know, or he will take the time needed to figure it out!

When choosing my Doctor for Cataract surgery I did my homework, looked up the reviews, asked the questions of the doctor that helped me decide Dr. Wong had the kind of expertise I was looking for in a Doctor who was going to change my eyesight for the rest of my life. Austin Eye and Ashley Deese are extremely proficient and professional. Ashley is very educated and does a very good job of explaining her findings. Easy to talk to and people friendly.
