Incredible service! I lost my keys on a walk around town and got super bummed thinking about how complicated and pricey the process would be to get my car unlocked and a new set of keys ordered. To my absolute surprise, it took no time at all. After searching through the list of locksmiths, Austin Express Keys caught my eye. 0/5 Stars. I called these guys to have a spare key made. What I thought would be a simple key cut has turned into a fiasco. Little did I know, they sent out a third party locksmith (Locksmith Bros) that activated a security protocol on my vehicle, which has left me unable to drive for the past 2 days. This company, and the company they dispatched has failed to take accountability for their mistake, and continues to blow me off. Saeb from Austin Express Keys responded very quick to our needs. My daughter lost her car keys and was completely locked out. He came to our house this evening at 6:30 to not only open her car, but was able to have the replacement key made in short time. Quoted a price over the phone for $250 and kept his word. Job is done. Local Honda quoted me 117 just for the key and I’m still waiting for their service department to call to let me know when they can help me out.
