RecommendedMoe was absolutely amazing and came from North Austin to South Austin at 10:30pm at night to help my family! He was fast and told my mom he would call when he was 10 min away and he did. He is very quick and very good at what he does and made 2 keys and remotes and it costed less than pop a lock and pop a lock said they wouldn’t even come out until tomorrow. DO NOT, I REPEAT DO NOT USE THIS LOCKSMITH SERVICE. 2 months ago I used Austin Express Keys because I locked myself out of my car after losing my car key on a run in zilker. After a long wait, someone finally showed up in a piece of junk van. They unlocked my car and fixed me up with an after-market key fob. Just TWO months later, it’s broken. I even tried a new battery and the key completely doesn’t work. PLUS, it won’t even unlock the driver side door when inserting the key into the lock. It’s worthless and am now left stu... read more
I used them to replace my key to my Toyota Camry, I paid the $20 extra to get my remote working and it only worked for 2 weeks, I called them back, let them know I wanted to use there services for my cousins car but asked for a $20 credit since my remote is not working, they said no to the credit and did not care I was not gonna use them for my cousins car, after I write this review I am going to call another company for my cousins car. Horrible customer service would you not agree?

Mustapha is an Angel straight out of heaven! Let me tell you my story. Customer picks up my car keys while I'm helping some one at my job in retail sales. Walks off with them. Does not turn them in. I'm frantic. I call a Cadillac dealership that is less than 3 miles away from me during (normal business hours) my break. They don't have my key for the cut. Their recommended estimate is ($167.00, plus I would have to "figure out" (tow) how to get my car to thier location!) Mind... Continue Reading
