Job was completed as bid, good quality work. Had some delays due to covid which were unavoidable, but still kept word and finished job.
Contractor had delays due to Covid, and availability of crews. However, they are making a great effort to finish now and the owner is personally working to complete my project and with the highest quality. Project should be complete by April 1st.
No activity from contractor 63 days. Job is incomplete by 25%, including outstanding brick work, interior bathroom plumbing, drywall, shower, tile, sink, etc. No building to plan. Missing outdoor exhaust features. Homeowner had to hire a private subcontrator to start finishing work. Do not recommend using this contractor. Bad communication (or none), false estimates, text messages on workers showing up false 80% of the time, and avoidance away after end payments without completing work.
