Extremely informational easy to work with and well priced
Austin EV Only was outstanding from start to finish. Kevin, the founder/operator, is a consummate professional and clearly knows Teslas inside and out. I have a 2024 Model S Plaid that was dealing with the well-known inner rear tire wear issue, to the point that I was replacing both rear tires about once a year, or roughly every 5,000 miles. I brought him a Tesla issue that could’ve turned into a nightmare, and he jumped on it immediately, explained everything clearly, and delivered way above expectations. Would leave zero stars if possible. Kevin has horrible business acumen. Tried to nickel and dime this potential customer. He charges to assess the potential issue and will only roll over the assessment fee if he has the part in stock. If he doesn't have the part in stock he charges another fee.
