I recently purchased a used Tesla model S even though the company I bought it for said it had been through 150 point check I had Austin EV Only do a pre-purchase inspection. Kevin and his team was absolutely fantastic. I needed a steering wheel swapped out for my yoke on my 2023 Tesla Model S Plaid. He walked me through the entire process, including helping me find the right type of used wheel. I saved over $1,200 compared to doing this with Tesla. Always a great experience with Kevin! He did my pre-purchase inspection on my used Model 3 and did a very thorough job and gave me the confidence I needed to make the right decision. I then came in again a few months later with some wheel noise which turned out to be a loose alignment ring on the aero wheel cover and he fixed it entirely free of charge!
