I had a really great experience with estate gates. They helped me out on a Sunday when my gate would not open they even let me keep the key. Then they came back and fixed the gate and have always been super accommodating and professional, Along with reasonably priced.
Beyond fantastic -- for the second time in about a year. A year ago, we had a significant issue with the fence around the pool and the entry gate. It seems as if the fence was pulling out of the ground and the gate was literally scraping the ground. We got two or three (or maybe more) estimates which ranged from the sublime to the ridiculous (both in cost and nonsense). Our gate stopped working during the cold snap. I didn't catch the name of the person who answered the phone (the day before Christmas Eve, no less), but he was super helpful and talked my husband through how we could get the gate open to make it through the long holiday weekend. Thank you for taking the time to help us!
They did not provide upfront that a trip fee would be charged which was $150.00. Mr. Anthony is extremely unprofessional and can not communicate.
Be careful with this company. They don't stand by their work and the owner is incredibly rude and condescending. We had them out for several jobs and one instance was to install a magnetic gate lock. The technician brought a cheap welder and I kid you not, the magnet literally fell off an hour after he left. When we complained the owner acted like it was our fault and on another occasion, talked about having to give us 'kindergarten lessons.' EDIT: the response below says it all.
