Austin ENT staff and young lady who did my hearing test were great! Fast check in and did not wait long in lobby and I saw Dr Zapalac. He was great, took tike to talk with me and go through my ear that I had a busted eardrum and some hearing loss. I highly recommend this office!
Very clean and all the office staff are very professional and nice. I was able to get an appointment within a couple of days. Dr. Zapalac was very kind and listened to my concerns about a procedure he did in office that same day. Everything turned out well he even called me back because I had some follow-up questions. I highly recommend Austin ENT.
Unfortunately, I did not read others’ reviews on here about this clinic’s billing practices before booking an appointment, but there’s a reason they have a low Google rating. I echo many other patients’ experiences of coming in for a seemingly routine visit, only to receive a bill of several hundred dollars after already paying my visit copay. I have posted a review before but I feel compelled to do so again because the doctors here are so exceptional. My daughter has an ear infection that is resistant to antibiotics which has required a referral from Dr. Zapalac to a neurotologist and an infectious disease specialist. I wish he could hold the title of ENT, neurotologist, and infectious disease specialist, because he is by far the most helpful and professional. Dr. Zapalac and specifically his medical assistant Sean (unsure spelling) have been amazing pre and post tonsillectomy. I was nervous but they have been reassuring and answered all of my many questions. Thank you!
