I hate it, they make people feel like shit
I’ve never been late before this occurrence and they denied me a payment plan
I had to go in for some help and was immediately berated for bringing my service dog in they asked to see proof after I repeatedly told them she was a service dog who alerted to panic attacks and drastic changes in my heart rate. Made me wait in the lobby while she handled my account and the whole time the security guard gave me dirty looks. Then the lady yet again tells me she can't come back.
