Atrocious rates, terrible customer service. Not sure how I was paying about $600/mo in 1400 Sq ft of living space. Called in and they said “there’s nothing we can do, this is normal based on your usage”. You would think they have more attractive rates since they’re the monopoly in Austin, you can’t get another service provider.

Cada mes el valor de energía sigue subiendo sin razón. Un apartamento de 550 sq pagando más de 100 dólares de corriente, en tantos años en este país jamás había tenido tan mala opinión de una compañía de energía. SON LOS PEORES DE TODO EL ESTADO! ALEJESE SI PUEDE DE ELLOS. Yo lamentablemente vivo en lugar que solo tienen contrato con esta empresa.
This company is abysmal. A complete monopoly on the power service offerings in Austin, and they know it. An incredible about of anti-consumer processes and "rules". It's about time some lobbying happens to remove this monopolization and open up options for us living here. They know if this happened, they'd immediately lose half of their customer base.
