Comforting experience after going into this having two procedures scheduled at same time and feeling a lot of anxiety. Nursing/Medical staff were professional, attentive, and comforting. Certainly one of my best experiences having medical procedures done. I wish I could remember everyone's name. Thank you all so much.
I had a great experience with the nurses and staff at the facility. The reason for my 1-star rating is because of their billing process. They use a third-party billing company that does not communicate with their main office. I paid my balance in full with the main office in March 2025, and it is June 2025 and I still receive statements from their third-party company showing a balance. I have left messages and sent emails. It is taking way too much effort when I already paid. They need a better communication process with tho... read more
Quick, friendly, accommodating
I personally am not impressed at all after getting these procedures at this establishment I was admitted into the hospital after leaving this facility I went to the emergency room because I was so sick Apparently, severe sepsis as well as pneumonia I’ve never had a problem while being put sleep by anesthesiologist before in the past also, I am not an high risk patient as the anesthesiologist was fussing at the nurse telling her to never bring me back to that facility again I would need to be in the hospital to get this type ... read more
I highly recommend this place! Ana P did a great job, didn’t feel the iv catheter at all! Everyone was so nice! I will recommend them to my whole family! The entire staff was very friendly and professional.
