Clean facilities, efficient intake process and friendly staff. The nurses were helpful and caring, Dr. Desai explained everything with patience and thoughtful consideration.
I had a colonoscopy at this location by Dr. Poreddy from Austin Gastro. From check-in to checkout, great experience when having to undergo a procedure. Customer service was excellent and the whole process was simple. All of the staff were extremely nice and informative, which I have to say is becoming more uncommon in healthcare. Facility was clean. I also highly recommend Dr. Poreddy for gastroenterology care.
