I had a colonoscopy at this location by Dr. Poreddy from Austin Gastro. From check-in to checkout, great experience when having to undergo a procedure. Customer service was excellent and the whole process was simple. All of the staff were extremely nice and informative, which I have to say is becoming more uncommon in healthcare. Facility was clean. I also highly recommend Dr. Poreddy for gastroenterology care.

I used the Austin Endoscopy Center - North on Shoal Creek Blvd. north of Anderson Lane. The staff was exceptional. Everyone seemed to care that I do well, and everyone was reassuring and friendly while being highly professional. I was very impressed by ALL the staff.
