My experience with Dr. Knell was great. He was very considerate with my concerns. After the surgery I had very little pain, so it seemed as if he had a steady hand/ really knew what he was doing. As for the rest of the staff, they were so sweet. Even in my miserable state they made me feel more comfortable. You could tell they really cared. They even called me later on to check up on me. As awful as getting your wisdom teeth out is they made the process least painful.
Excellent experience. Dr Ding and staff very caring and nice to have a surgeon to follow up later in day. Very pleased with his explanations.
I went to Austin Oral Surgery recently for some extractions. The surgery was quick and easy, and the recovery has been virtually painless. I would definitely recommend them to others.
Dr. Ding and his staff are wonderful. The only person I found to be cold and not caring was the woman at the front desk. But Dr. Ding and the medical people with him are great. They should speak to the girl at the front in order to give a totally wonderful experience.
i was not given a choice. The dentist said I HAD to be "put to sleep" instead of just numbing my gums. Yes, I'm sure that would be easier for him but money wise it is not easy
