I wrote a review 6 years ago, stating that Austin Electrical had never let me down in the 8 years of doing business with them. Now that great service, quality and value have extended to 14 years. In times of competitive tension where many providers slip up a bit, Austin is a real standout. Thanks to Michael and his dedicated team. Let's keep on keeping on.
Always available, always on time, always do what they say they will do. Can not ask for any more than that.
Excellent customer service
I am a supplier to this business. Although I have known them for only 4 months or so, my experience with them has been really good. The owner Mick has an absolute passion for quality. He never asked me to supply anything that is not the best. At times ,I have to bring in special products for Austin Electrical because they are not happy using products that dont meet their requirements 100%.. If the light has to be 5500K, it has to be 5500K. They would not make a compromise and accept 5000K or 6000K Love working with the team ... read more
Blake and Ante from Austin Electrical have done a few jobs for us now, we have always found them to be very professional, on time, they don’t waste time and they do a great job. We had new light fixtures & a dishwasher installed. Blake also went over & above to help us with an internet connection issue to our treadmill.
