I am an existing ADC patient from the Austin branch and recently attempted to transfer my care to the Leander campus to see Dr. Paul Carothers. Before calling, I confirmed in their website that Dr. Carothers was accepting new patients. However, from the very first interaction, the experience at this branch has been extremely disappointing. I’ve been a patient of ADC for years and I have never had a negative experience at this location, which is especially important when one is feeling terrible. Everyone is always nice and warm and genuinely caring. Thank y’all for everything!
