I noticed that doctors and nurses are not washing their hands when dealing with kids and babies. Pediatrician doesn't wash their hands before checking our baby.
This center is the worst. It’s better not to visit this clinic. You will return back home with no issues addressed.
Hands down, Dr. Paul Carothers is by far the best GP in the Austin area. If you live in Austin, the yearly trip to Leander is well worth it. Any other visits needed can usually be done over computer. Not just best GP...best doctor I've had in my life. And I'm old! I've been going to him for 15 or so years and he has consistently proven his knowledge and caring.
The medical staff, including the doctor and nurses, are attentive and take the time to engage during appointments, which I appreciate. However, this review is specifically about the scheduling team and their policies. I’ve faced issues with appointments multiple times. I booked through their website, but a day or two later, I received an email saying the portal isn't up to date and the appointment was rejected. Unfortunately, I only saw the email after a few days, which mentioned I should call to schedule instead.
