I’ve faced issues with appointments multiple times. I booked through their website, but a day or two later, I received an email saying the portal isn't up to date and the appointment was rejected. Unfortunately, I only saw the email after a few days, which mentioned I should call to schedule instead.
I've been coming here for a while now. Trying to get some changes to my meds, I reached out on that abomination of a web site to message my doctor. Got a supremely unhelpful response and can't even reply with the requested information in the thread. So I tried calling (and waiting on hold forever) to set up a telehealth visit because this should be a simple thing and was told I can't get a telehealth visit 'because of insurance'. This place should be ashamed of themselves. The pediatrician and a couple nurses are great. But the front desk staff, terrible. I reached out to them to remind them that my daughter needed an appointment (which is fair, I’m her mother and I’m responsible for her care) they told me to come at the same time as my younger daughter’s appointment. We did that and when we got there they said that we were late and they wouldn’t see us, for one I wasn’t late, our appointment was at 2:30 but they scheduled us for 2 and never told me ... read more
Scheduling online is not reliable. The call center offers time slots that are "not visible" by the receptionist resulting in pushing your appointment further. The fact that you already had a reservation is answered "I don't know how they booked you, this time is not available, you should always call us, now we reschedule in 3 weeks".
The lab is closed and this information is available to you upon your arrival only. Updating google maps would help avoid coming this location.
