ADC-Leander, though not close by my home, is my number one choice for my primary care doctor, Dr. Paul Carothers. He is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and personable. His staff is as well. It is easy to contact his office if questions arise, as well, making an appointment is never difficult. I highly recommend Dr. Carothers.

Friendly staff, professional, clear communication, and I’ve always been seen at my scheduled appointment time. Dr. Carothers takes the time to ask and answer questions, isn’t rushed and shows concern and interest. I’ve always had a great experience here with everybody I’ve interacted with.
I noticed that doctors and nurses are not washing their hands when dealing with kids and babies. Pediatrician doesn't wash their hands before checking our baby.
This center is the worst. It’s better not to visit this clinic. You will return back home with no issues addressed.
