I was recommended to go here by a work associate but after reading such a snide response from the owner of this establishment to a patient who merely voiced their dissatisfaction I can gladly say I will take my services elsewhere. Not to mention the childlike hypothetical overtone, used to diminish the complaints, completely unprofessional.
If I could give them 0 stars I would. In 2021 I went to Austin Dental now known as Westside Dental for a tooth tht had begun to bother me. I requested to have the tooth pulled, however the dentist insisted on a root canal promising that the tooth was salvageable and that my pain and sensitivity would cease. So we did a root canal which consisted of TWO extremely painful procedures which bled heavily more than any other procedure I had ever done before . We also put a PERMANENT cap over this tooth .
