I think it's important to understand the side of a business that the client doesn't get to see. We do some touch-up work for Austin Deck, minor siding and trim repairs after they complete a project. We send and invoice, immediately, they send our money. That is very rare in our industry, as so many contractors are waiting until the last minute to cut loose with that money.
