The management and staff are super friendly and prepared to help you fill out the paperwork required for becoming a resident. The lay out of the apartments are awesome, in my 2 bedroom, both parties have an en suite bathroom, and the bedrooms are situated across the living room from each other for a little added privacy. Maintenance requests that I've put it in have been handled quickly. The down sides are that no body here picks up their dogs poop! Or trash!
